How Our Mail-In Repair Service Works
Get your vehicle's module repaired and back on the road in 4 simple steps.
Step 1: Select Your Repair & Checkout
Browse our catalog to find your specific vehicle's Make and Model. Select the repair service you need, add it to your cart, and complete our secure checkout process. You will immediately receive an email containing your Order Number and our shipping address.
Step 2: Pack Your Module Safely
Remove the faulty module from your vehicle. Wrap the unit securely in multiple layers of bubble wrap—please do not use packing peanuts. Place the wrapped module into a sturdy cardboard box. Be sure to write your Order Number clearly on the outside of the box or include a copy of your receipt inside.
Step 3: Ship It to Our Lab
Ship the box to our California facility using your preferred carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). You are responsible for the inbound shipping cost. We highly recommend using a trackable service so you can monitor your package's journey to us.
