Overview This website is operated by UTYAREPAIR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to UTYAREPAIR. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Service Specifics and Misdiagnosis UTYAREPAIR provides rebuilding, cloning, and repair services for automotive electronic modules (including instrument clusters, ECMs, and amplifiers).

  • Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to properly diagnose their vehicle before sending a module to us. We repair the specific faults described in our listings. If you send us a working module and the actual fault lies elsewhere in your vehicle (such as a blown fuse, bad wiring harness, or faulty sensor), you are still responsible for diagnostic and bench-testing fees.

  • Unrepairable Modules: In some cases, a module may be damaged beyond repair (e.g., severe water damage, catastrophic board burns, or previous failed repair attempts by third parties). If your module is deemed unrepairable, we will notify you and issue a refund for the repair service, minus a diagnostic bench fee and return shipping costs.

Vehicle Operation and Downtime UTYAREPAIR is not liable for any costs associated with vehicle downtime, rental cars, towing, or mechanic labor fees while your module is removed, in transit, or being repaired. Driving a vehicle without its instrument cluster or control modules is often illegal and dangerous, and is done entirely at the owner's risk.

Odometer Data and Mileage For instrument cluster repairs and ECM/BCM cloning, we retain and restore your original vehicle data. We will not alter, roll back, or modify odometer mileage with the intent to defraud. By using our service, you certify that you are acting in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding vehicle mileage reporting.

Abandoned Parts If a module requires additional authorization or payment, or if it is deemed unrepairable and we are awaiting your instructions, we will contact you via the email and phone number provided. If we do not receive a response within 60 days, the module will be considered abandoned and will be recycled or disposed of at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability In no case shall UTYAREPAIR, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or technicians be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind (including lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of our service or any products procured using the service.
