Shipping policy
At UTYAREPAIR, our primary service is repairing and rebuilding your existing automotive electronics. Because of this, our shipping process works in two steps: you ship your part to us, and we ship the repaired part back to you.
Step 1: Shipping Your Module to Us After purchasing a repair service on our website, you are responsible for packaging and shipping your instrument cluster, ECM/BCM, or amplifier to our facility.
-
Packaging: Automotive electronics are highly fragile. You must package your item securely using at least 2 to 3 inches of bubble wrap. Do not use loose packing peanuts. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transit to our facility due to poor packaging.
-
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item to our lab. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance (such as USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx).
Please ship all modules to: UTYAREPAIR 13 Grand Canyon Cir Oakley, CA 94561
Step 2: Repair Turnaround Time Once we receive your module, our standard repair turnaround time is typically 1 to 3 business days, depending on the complexity of the repair and component availability. If a repair requires special order parts, we will contact you with an updated timeline.
Step 3: Return Shipping to You Once your repair is complete, we will carefully package and ship your module back to the address provided at checkout.
-
Return shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping speed selected.
-
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking information as soon as your repaired module leaves our facility.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily serve the United States. If you are located outside the US, please contact us at utyabusiness@gmail.com before placing an order to discuss shipping feasibility and customs requirements.
