2007-2016 GMC Acadia INSTRUMENT CLUSTER REPAIR SERVICE
REPAIR SERVICE 2007-2016 GMC Acadia Instrument Cluster Repair (Gauges, Display & Illumination Fix)
⚠️ IMPORTANT: THIS IS A MAIL-IN REPAIR SERVICE
You are not purchasing a physical replacement part. This is a repair service for your existing instrument cluster, which requires you to mail your unit to us for restoration.
Common Symptoms This Service Fixes:
-
Dim, Flickering, or Blank Driver Information Center (DIC) / Odometer Display: The digital message center screen or mileage readout blanks out completely, flickers intermittently, or becomes too dim to read.
-
Burned-Out Night Illumination & Dim Gauge Needles: Dark spots across the dashboard, dead pointer needle lights, or complete loss of background lighting when headlights are turned on.
-
Sticking, Stalled, or Dead Gauges: Speedometer reading incorrectly, erratic fuel gauge readings, sticking tachometer, or frozen temperature/voltage needles.
-
Intermittent Total Power Loss: The entire cluster turns off randomly while driving and suddenly jolts back awake.
-
Parasitic Battery Drain: The cluster logic fails to enter sleep mode when the ignition key is removed, causing your vehicle's battery to die overnight.

This listing covers all factory instrument cluster configurations for the following vehicles:

Packaging & Shipping Instructions
Clusters that are not packaged carefully can and will break while in transit. Please follow these guidelines to protect your unit:
-
Wrap tightly: Use plenty of bubble wrap and place it inside a sturdy cardboard box so the unit cannot move around.
-
Leave space: Allow several inches of padded space between the cluster and the inner walls of the box.
-
Avoid air pouches: DO NOT use large air pouches or pillows, as they will deflate during transit and become useless.
Policies & Important Notes
-
1-Year Warranty: All repairs are backed by a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.

Previously Repaired Units: If someone else has attempted to repair your cluster in the past, it may be unrepairable depending on the extent of the damage. Please contact us with clear pictures beforehand so we can determine if it is salvageable.
