• Dead Speedometer & Tachometer: The needles stick, rest at zero, or move erratically while driving.

• Intermittent Gauge Operation: Gauges only start working after the interior of the vehicle warms up.

How The Process Works

1. Checkout: Complete your purchase. You will immediately receive our mailing address and shipping instructions.

2. Mail It In: Package your cluster securely and ship it to us (you are responsible for the shipping cost to our facility).

3. Expert Repair: Once received, we perform all necessary repairs and fully power-test the unit, usually within 1-2 business days.

4. Quick Return: We ship the fully functional cluster back to you. Expedited return shipping (USPS Priority or UPS Ground) is fully included in the purchase price.

Packaging & Shipping Instructions

Clusters that are not packaged carefully can and will break while in transit. Please follow these guidelines to protect your unit:

• Wrap tightly: Use plenty of bubble wrap and place it inside a sturdy cardboard box so the unit cannot move around.

• Leave space: Allow several inches of padded space between the cluster and the inner walls of the box.

• Avoid air pouches: DO NOT use large air pouches or pillows, as they will deflate during transit and become useless.

Policies & Important Notes

• 1-Year Warranty: All repairs are backed by a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind.

• Previously Repaired Units: If someone else has attempted to repair your cluster in the past, it may be unrepairable depending on the extent of the damage. Please contact us with clear pictures beforehand so we can determine if it is salvageable.

• Turnaround Time: Please disregard any lengthy "Estimated Arrival Times" automatically generated by the platform. These are just policy placeholders. We actually process, repair, and ship your unit back out on the same or next business day after receiving it (Monday–Friday).

• US Shipping Only: We exclusively service and ship to the Continental United States. Please do not purchase this service if you are located outside of the US.
